Since I made this video, I have received a lot of inquiries about how did the issue got resolved. The mechanic first drained the transmission fluid (he saved it and put it back), took the lid of the transmission, changed a plastic piece that locks the gears in place, put the lid back on the transmission, filled the transmission with oil again (same oil that was drained) and the car worked like new. Never again had a problem with it. The job took 45 minutes to be done, 1 mechanic worked on it. I saw myself everything that was done. It cost me total $800, the piece cost $185. I paid that much gladly because the dealer wanted to change my transmission entirely.
